Clear and easy to follow training
Easy to access training. Really appreciated the transcript/subtitles alongside the video as well as the resources both general and specific at timestamps in each section. It is a good foundation to cyber awareness and explains the terms used well.
Great training program.
This is a really nice training program. With plain words and examples explain us the usual mistakes we do like the simple passwords or the repeat of the passwords. Also I learned some things I didn't know like how important is to check the bcc in emails.

good content, but overly long course
35 mini clips that could be easily rolled into 5, and save time on clicking every 30sec or so. They should be at least 5min segments in length.
Easy format, short videos.
Accessible. Easy to manage and to follow. Able to stop and start videos or rewind if you missed a bit. Lots of additional information available. Test was straightforward to take.
