Breaking course into short video segments was brilliant; easier to retain information
Mostly common sense, but useful
This is probably a useful universal opportunity to get everyone at least aware of what is 'out there' and how unpleasant some individuals are. The core message is, "if in doubt don't" and ALWAYS report anything suspicious, even after the event.
