very good for basic knowledge
I think for entry level participants this is adequate training. People with more knowledge on these subjects may find it too basic. I thought the video was engaging and easy to understand.

It was good to find out what the terminology meant such as malware etc. The emails section was also good about what to look out for in a malicious email.
