Easy to follow. Simple steps.
A comprehensive but easy to follow course which refreshed my thoughts about cyber security, particularly in regard to suspicious emails and strong passwords. I will now change my passwords as a result!
Covers the basics, but …
Covers the basics well, but some of the answers could be worded better. One question sticks out where all three answers are appropriate, but only one is correct just because the video for that section says it is – and being in IT and seeing first hand how hackers gets in, "human error" seems less appropriate then "confidence trick" when many reports state that social engineering is often the easiest way into a network as it doesn't require finding holes that might take a long time to discover.

it was quick and clear
It was easy to use, easy to follow and easy to pass the test. I found a lot of the information helpful – especially the bit on passwords.

It was comprehensive and easy to follow.
It was a good course, well structured and seemed to cover all the essentials. My only issue was that it froze at question 24 and when i went back one slide, i was able to continue but then it lost my responses for the whole of the middle section so I had to complete that again (which took 20mins) before it would let me take the test at the end. I wish there was a better way to save your progress and not lose it. Thanks.
