Good overview of common issues
Focused on businesses but good practice for personal use as well. One thing that would be helpful – hovering over a link to see its real destination is fine on a PC, but many of us now use phones or tablets to access information. Please could you give some information and advice on how to avoid clicking on faked urls on touchscreen devices.

Very clear and easy to follow
Very clear and easy to follow, but I had to stop in the middle of the session and when I came back and pressed resume I could only get sound no video.
