• Was easy to access and select course. • The module I selected was Cyber Security Awareness the course length was 37mins, took me 40. • Content in my opinion was much better than current supplier and the initial course walk through was not so detailed and laborious, which should go down very well, and I understood it much better. I think you connected better because you were actually being spoken to by the same person, who you could actually see all the way through the training (if that makes sense). He was also easy to listen to. One problem, his voice sometimes but did not sync with the video but it was sort of OK and did not affect me in any way. However, we may need to overcome this as I’m sure there would be comments. • You were challenged at specific points through the module, with a set of 3-4 questions and asked to pick one answer you felt was correct, then you were told if you answered correctly

some elements seemed stretched out, too much listening with no interaction or activities
