Too much jargon
For me, I felt the salient points got lost a bit amongst all the jargon. The trainer speaks quite fast which makes it difficult to get to grips with this. Do I really need to know the difference between phishing, smishing, vishing etc. Not really, I just need to know they exist and the best way to detect and avoid.
Excellent and informative
Fantastic to get an update on the intricacies of cyber security, the impact on organisations and the measures needed to prevent it. Great module!

I felt I was redirected when I got a question wrong on what a firewall was – I am not sure I answered all test questions – if I haven't what can I do ?
