Clear, understandable information.
Well delivered course with clear information. For someone like me, who isn't the smartest kid on the block when it come to IT I now feel I have a good understanding of cyber threats and how to identify and what to do if and when they occur. I also learnt good practice in using IT and how to help protect against cyber crime.

It covered all the basis
There was quite a lot that I'd taken for granted and didn't know about before taking this short course. I'm going to request that this be part of the induction program!
