Good but some updates needed

Hi there, this course was good but I think with tools like ChatGPT readily available advising people grammar etc is the way to tell if an email is false is probably less likely than it used to be.

Clear, accessible and informative.

Very useful and informative refresher of the subject

I have given four stars only because I have covered this topic 3x since starting at Gateway Qualifications, in quick succession (i.e. via this online course, my 121 training with the IT manager and the recent Thursday training session). The topic is duplicated and, therefore, doesn't provide as much value regarding the use of time.

Conflicts with Other Training

This training was a duplication to the in house training offer and in fact conflicted with the advice given. eg how to produce passwords.

very informative I learnt some new things

very informative and useful particularly with the video clear and understandable

Very informative

Easy to follow and digest

Easy to follow, but monotonous

Could be a little more exciting and maybe have different people presenting different sections / don't over repeat 'such as passwords or banking information' – there is other sensitive data. It's a bit sill also for around a third of the end questions to be the same as the ones you answered in each unit. Aren't there others?

Informative

Very useful to help recognise Cyber threats

Great awareness training!

A good way to make employees more aware of the risks that are getting more and more common with the use of work electronics and personal electronics.

Useful

Useful coverage to understand my organisational needs
