Not just something "tech deal with", it's about all of us
The explanations of what can go wrong if we are not vigilant were scary! Which is probably why many of us are tempted not to think about it too hard – or wrongly believe "it's unlikely to happen to me/us". Hard to keep up, so pausing to make notes was necessary, but this was a 'user issue' (writer is an old luddite, frankly), not a course content issue!
