Ambiguous question in the test
One of the examine questions relates to at below what O2 concentration should you not enter a confined space and gave 3 options . 16.8, 20.8 or 23.8 (or similar). I think this is misleading as there could well be occasions below this O2 concentration that would require entry. This would come down to risk assessment and then the need potentially to wear SCBA.
