There were a few points to this training that were useful and even entirely new to me. I feel however, that this training could be provided in a speedier format. I would also caution that some of the test questions might not have the most straightforward answers. It is a decent course and set up in a way that requires user attention, but there are potential areas for improvement.

A lot of the content is general practice but having completed the course, it has brought certain things which I did not think is important to worth noting. Very informative. Thank you

Good patient delivery, logical structure, timely reminders but let down by a few technical issues. A particular problem was the loss of sound in some places resulting in a disjointed dialogue causing confusion. Apart from that, a good experience if just a tad too long.
