Good but……
Having to complete these types of coursers year after year, the option should be made available to take the quiz first, that would mean I don't lose an hour of my life I'm never getting back.
Brilliant Training Course
This course was very factual about everyday situations that do occur in society because sometimes employees do come across them and are not sure how to approach the right people or what to do. Therefore this training course supported a lot of these areas that are not easy to understand.
Easy to access and follow
Short but succinct videos, just about right length when fitting into a busy work schedule and good that you can dip in and out when required.

In my opinion the questions in some situations are not very clear.
