VERY DIFFICULT TO FOLLOW
I was very frustrated due to all the info i.e. form 12 for this form 18 for that that I would probably never use these as I would give any concerns to the management.I also found it annoying when redoing some questions they gave you correct answers then you are wondering did you answer it wrong the last time.

I thought this course went into a lot of detail and obviously made me think about all the things we need to consider and the fact that we should always look at the best interests for the person first.
