I thought the video training was quiet helpful as it’s always good to be safe rather than sorry and it’s something we can’t ignore or forget it’s importance of self harm it can have on one or another

Very informative training
Training was clear and concise. It was very well presented and included a transcript, which made it easier to follow rather than just listening. There were no examples or scenarios, which can sometimes be tedious and detract from the actual learning. It was straightforward and informative, which it much more enjoyable learning session.
