Concise, informative and effective
I really liked the straight forward yet entertaining tone of this course. In 35mins it covered a lot of ground with enough repartition for the knowledge to imbed but not so much for it to be dull. A very effective course.

A useful update
From the point of view of a surveyor, details about the different types of asbestos (white, blue or brown) are unnecessary. It is more important that when we enter any building constructed before 2000, we are aware of the many uses of asbestos and be able to identify the locations where it is most likely to be found. More photographs giving examples like exterior soffits, pipe lagging, old fuse boxes, dividing walls in 1950’s houses etc which are not immediately obvious to the untrained eye would be a useful reminder of what to look out for.

All you need to know about asbestos
A no frills, honest and straightforward presentation on what you need to know about asbestos; the facts, the dangers, and how to avoid exposing yourself and others to it. The end video is reality at its worst. It hopefully allows us all to benefit from Chris Morgan's experience and to treat asbestos seriously.
