Clear Content
The content of the training is concise and clear. However, my main issue is with the presenter's diction. Please can he start to pronounce the letter 't' at the end of words such as it, moment etc. I found it very distracting and frankly unprofessional. This should be the case for all presenters. Good pronunciation is imperative. Hence my 4 star review rather than 5.
