How do credits work?

One credit provides one learner with unlimited attempts at passing a course. Once a course has been passed by a learner, taking that same course again uses a further credit.

Do I receive support?

Yes. We pride ourselves on our fantastic support and you’ll get your very own Account Manager who is on hand to help you meet your training objectives!

Do I need to install anything?

No. The iHASCO Application runs on any modern standards compliant browser. The training can be used on tablets and on mobiles, it’s fully responsive!

Can I add additional courses later?

Yes. You can add courses or credits at any time. To get the best deal on credits we recommend that you purchase them in bulk.

How does billing work?

You pay an access fee of £100 for each course you require, then you purchase additional credits based on the number of users you require for each course.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We have a 14-day money back guarantee. This means that if you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, we’ll offer you a full refund.
