Q2 2019 Product Development Update

With so much going on here at iHASCO sometimes it's easy for us to ship new features which slip through the net and don't get the attention they deserve. So here's your quarterly update here on the blog on (almost) everything that's changed in the last 3 months.

  • We made some general improvements to validation and feedback throughout the client LMS to make it easier to know what you might of missed when you're completing a form and an error occurs.

  • We added Thai and Vietnamese language translations to the training suite user interface, bringing the total number of languages available to 29!

  • We gave 'print styles' in the LMS an overhaul across the board to ensure that if you print from anywhere in the LMS, the output looks good and no longer includes all the bits you don't want.

  • We improved the account recovery process for both you and your users, making it much easier to regain access to your account if you've forgotton your username and/or password.

  • We added the ability to enable/disable the "Phone number" field via custom user profile field settings in the client LMS so now you can choose whether this is visible during self registration or not.

  • We launched the 'Consolidated Training Report' which gives you access to a single Excel spreadsheet that provides a consolidated view of all users and all results across all courses. There are even options to output this in a 'linear' or 'matrix' format.

  • We now denote if a user has administrative access in both the users list and profile views to make it easier for you to pick out your additional LMS administrators when managing users.

  • We've started to roll out a complete overhaul of the emails which are generated and sent by the LMS and will soon be making these available for use as "Custom email templates" so that your own emails can look just as great.

  • And last, but not least, we fixed a few minor bugs!

Worried that you're missing out? Take a look at our release notes to stay up to date on all the new incremental improvements and major releases. We even provide the option to subscribe via email or RSS if you want to know as soon as something changes.
