At iHasco, we’ve built our reputation on making workplace training brilliantly simple – clear, engaging, and ready to roll. And while the world of learning tech continues to move at lightning speed, we’ve always believed that the goal isn’t to be first to launch – it’s to build the right thing, at the right time, in the right way.

That thinking has shaped the newest addition to our platform: an AI-powered content authoring tool that allows our clients to quickly create, package, and publish learning content directly inside the LMS.

We’re not talking about another SCORM upload tool or an “intuitive” WYSIWYG course builder. In fact, we deliberately didn’t build either of those. Why? Because both of those options might sound like they solve a problem – but in reality, they just push complexity onto you, our clients.

The solution we’ve built with our Course Creator takes care of both of these challenges.

Our new Course Creator tool lets you to take your existing internal documents – policy PDFs, safety guides, onboarding checklists, you name it – and “magically” transform them into clear, well-structured learning modules in minutes. It’s like having one of our L&D experts in the room with you.

No need to learn new software, tackle compatibility issues, or worry about formatting and structure… Just drag, drop, and publish – and your content sits alongside your existing iHasco training, ready to be assigned, tracked, and reported on.

This tool complements the off-the-shelf library we’re known for. Our core courses will always be the backbone of compliance and skills training for our clients. But when you need to fill the gaps – specific processes, internal standards, or culture-led content – this tool gives you the control to do it in a snap, in the same platform, with the same consistency and style.

It’s something I’m personally passionate about. Before leading the business, my background was in product design. I’ve always believed that great tools are invisible – that the best user experience feels obvious, intuitive, and seamless. And that’s what we’ve tried to build here.

This isn’t a flashy experiment. It’s not an AI cherry on the top. It’s a thoughtfully integrated solution that reflects what clients have been telling us for years:
