Section 1
In the opening section of this course, we look at what is meant by the term 'Cyber Security', the different types of cyber attacks, as well as looking at the importance of Cyber Security in the workplace.
Section 2
This section of the course looks at Cyber Security breaches, how they can occur, and what most commonly causes them to occur. In addition, this section looks at the importance of following your organisation's policies, procedures & recovery plans.
Section 3
In this final section of the course, we look at what responsibilities both employers and employees have when it comes to cyber security in the workplace, also covering best preventative measures against cyber attacks.

Concise, structured, and informative

In many cases, it’s human error that allows viruses or worms to infiltrate systems — often, just one careless click is all it takes. Regularly changing passwords and ensuring they are difficult for others to guess is very important for maintaining strong security. AI can be used to carry out cyberattacks, which is why it's important not to share too many personal details online.

Cyber attacks are unfortunately, a part of our modern working world. It is important to keep up to date to help prevent this happening in our working environment.
One of the questions has a wrong answer
The question : Using multi-factor authentication is now standard practice for protecting all of your online accounts is actually False but the course says the correct answer is True. While "most online services" support MFA, it's not universal. Many accounts still rely solely on passwords for authentication.

The General Data Protection Regulation builds on the long-standing 1995 EU Data Protection Directive. What does the GDPR mean for businesses? In short, dramatically increased fines for breaches and other changes including:

- ‘Personal data’ now includes location, IP address and RFID identifiers.
- People now have a right to “be forgotten”.
