Easy to follow and understand
Great course but would be good to be able to revisit / access in-between mandatory times to complete
Very easy to follow
Logical progression of topics linked to self awareness and development, to help build up a useable toolkit. The speaker was clear and sounded interested in what she was saying. She avoided complex explanations and presented examples that were relevant and informative.
