Clear with good examples
Very interesting and thought provoking.
Confussing subject
All I got from this is that I'm unconsciously in the wrong, don't know about it but have to change the way I unconsciously feel about a person or situation. This does seem to pool everyone/men into the same category, which itself is very negative and a bias. Everyone is raised different and comes from different backgrounds. So I don't under the reason for training on this subject.

Unbiased course on bias
This course is professional and also politically neutral. It thankfully avoids contentious critical theory in explaining bias. Occasionally slips into pseudo-science but overall this should help and inform staff.
