Comprehensive Worthwhile and Accurate
This is an interesting course and well worth doing for everyone. Good prior to interviewing or going into a new team working situation. The downloadable handouts are good aid memoire. Unfortunately the UTube extra video is no longer working.
Too many questions for the test
Hi – the training was very good but I don't think the test needs to be 20 questions – 10 would suffice.
Makes you think about your pre-conceived perceptions
Enjoyed the course, a new subject that I've never really thought about before and did make you think about bias in a totally different way. Decent amount of information, video and live examples. IF I'm being picky I would have put a couple more videos of just where unconscious bias is seen in the workplace.

Very clear
I found this a good presentation, easy to follow, and thorough without being overly long. There were some good examples to increase awareness of bias. The downloadable information sheets are very helpful for future reference.

It is good to be reminded to always keep an open-mind about everybody and how that affects decisions at work
