Very helpful and informative
I had never appreciated before that a customer for example could be a harasser, as tend to think of a work colleague. The course was very informative and inciteful. I thought it was also dealt with very sensitively, as some work colleagues could be triggered. The videos were very clear and direct.

It was helpful in navigating a fairly delicate subject.
The course was helpful in navigating a fairly delicate subject. It did provide examples of what did and did not constitute sexual harassment and how to help resolve these situations, in this respect it successfully served a purpose for staff and managers.

Very interesting to see what can be defined as Sexual harassment. Always considered this as physical or verbal and never considered pictures or the like.
