Straightforward course
This course was interesting and gave clear guidelines on what to do if you experience or are witness to sexual harassment, whether intentional or unintentional.

I personally think some of the questions were unnecessary, people today are too offended by things of playful innocence or joking around. Its starting to feel like everything offends people.

Pretty sure this leaves the elephant in the room
The implication is that if you report harassment, you will be required to take part in a grievance procedure and the perpetrator will be disciplined. Isn't this what deters people from reporting it? Immediate loss of agency?
easy to follow and clear
Clear , precise and easy to follow
Generally good, bias is showing
The course generally covers what it needs to, but the final question that asks you to decide whether a grievance procedure protects employers OR employees is misleading: all policies protect both.
Great course and to the point.

Too long and repetitive
I’m so glad that this course is mandatory for my place of work, it shows they care. However this course is very repetitive and has overlap with the bullying and harassment course. Also all the examples in the course are of women sexually harassing men. And when a man in an example is behaving in a similar way to a woman, in every example, the woman is accepting of this and so it isn’t sexual harassment because the feelings are mutual. It would be better to have examples of men and women being both victims and harassers.
Very informative
