Useful but very long…
Not sure how it could be shortened but I found it too long and at times I switched off because of this. Perhaps different speaker at different points? More interactive tasks rather than lots of audio?

Covers what is needed
This course was very good and took you through the various steps required to understand safer Recruitment. It was less interactive than the NSPCC course which has some example scenarios to work through but still covers what is needed.
Easy to follow – and well presented
Covers all the main bases – but also adds some detail to interview process. A well put together course.
