The online training is very clear and concise, it doesn't go over the top but explains exactly what is necessary. The mini quizzes throughout are helpful to make sure you fully understand the concept that is being explained.

Important to know…..
However, it was very long and wordy
Very Thorough – covered a lot of info
The unit was well ordered. It took a while to digest all the different types of abuse and to make sure the procedures were understood. There were excellent back up diagrams/lists. I learnt a lot and the way it was presented would give you the confidence to react and follow your gut feeling.
