Clear and interesting
Everything was explained very clearly and any specialist terminology was defined so the content was very easy to understand, yet it did not become boring because the examples and visual effects kept it interesting.

Clear and informative guide
I have completed other training courses on this subject but still found that I learned things from this one. It is terribly upsetting to hear of the experiences that some children and young people endure.
