A much better course than the last ( rather distressing ) one I took. key information on screen with additional information for specialists. Was somewhat longer than 1 hr though; took nearly 2 and i didn't hang about

Heavy subject, but good to know there are policies & procedures to help protect.
Very slow, no consideration to different learning styles, not able to read transcript and move on, can’t use phone to take notes or it pauses, kept crashing and not letting me press next
