Training informative and relevant, but does not account for different external viewpoints which could adversely impact on a person's level of resilience, especially Topics covered, need to be shown over more than one video.
There is some very good content in here just not sure it is what I am looking for hence only 3 starts. The delivery is also a bit flat and follows too much of the style included in other H&S modules which I dont feel works so well for this particular topic. However, if someone was struggling with thier resilience it would be something I would suggest they take a look at as it is easy to follow, short and gives people further resources to look at as well as food for thought
I am limited to respond to this. Do you know the audience / sector / industry that you deliver to?. This is not a criticism.

Some good points but a bit hackneyed!
This is pernickety but the end of all the courses it says 'you will receive your score as a percentage'. The score is then given as 15 out of 20 for example, which isn't a percentage.
It's a pity the additional resources could not be made available for download so that participants could have them printed to use in conjunction with the e-learning.
Lots of good stuff in this course, but too much packed into 30 mins. Would be better with each "pillar" being a separate course, so that you could maybe cover one pillar a week, and then practice what you have learnt before moving on to the next pillar. Bit of a tick box course for businesses as it is unfortunately.
The content was interesting but I didn’t find this course held my attention because it was mainly one man talking at the camera.
Saw a lot of myself in this one. Lots of useful techniques for those who struggle with this.
