Very insightful
All things mentioned in the program will help anybody who is suffering with mental health issues. Some people may not even know they have an issue, and are suffering in silence. This program gives them tools to get help and back on track!!

Good and informative.
I thought it gave lots of different options of techniques that could be used if people were feeling the effects of stress/anxiety etc. They were explained simply. I like the breathing symbol which encouraged you to use deep breathing at that rate. It also encouraged anyone who was experiencing problems to ask for help, emphasising that it is not a sign of weakness but of strength, and never to face problems alone. It covered lots in a short presentation.
