Clearly presented. Good that it signposts to further reference sources for more in-depth details on lots of topics which are covered briefly. Maybe a tiny bit simplistic.

I have been through mental exhaustion where my mental health has been affected. From this training, I have identified the patterns that I have experienced. Even I have addressed the issues, no one is identifying it .
Excellent short course with very helpful tips
I enjoyed this course, it was concise and to the point. It gave interesting insights into mental health and how to maintain good mental health with easy exercises that I can try to incorporate into my every day life, both at work and at home. I especially found the 'replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts' very helpful.
