Excellent training
really enjoyed the training, it was thoughtfully put together and captured everything needed to equip both managers and general staff with knowledge on what the menopause is and how the organisation can help support members of staff experiencing it.

Good introduction to the subject
it would have been useful to have more suggestions or guidance on how to implement and arrange for documented the policies. more info regarding the sick notes treatment.
A very good overview of peri-menopause and menopause
This was a very comprehensive overview with some excellent resources and links to relevant websites. A good course for all employees to undertake. We have had some very good feedback from some of our male line managers.
