A very effective course.
The course was well presented and I particularly liked the short bursts of information, rather than them being given in one burst. A good informative course to take.

Too much emphasis on the biology aspect
The course is okay, but would like to see more on Manual Handling techniques and hazards. Its nice to know about the biology of the back but felt there was too much emphasis on this compared to MH techniques which from the format and time designated, my perception was this was a afterthought to cover MH.
