Far too much fluff
This subject could easily be covered in half the time, possibly less. Every body is busy, we don't need lots intro clips and other fluff to pack the session out; just get on with the fact please.

Good information but took far too long!
Good information but the courses took far too long. I could read them way quicker but couldn't press next to move on so I ended up taking days to do these and would leave them running in the background so I could do something else while it caught up/moved on. found it so frustrating and time consuming. The information was good but should be option to press next when you are ready. I was doing it without sound so was reading the content way quicker than the talking took!
