I found the course very helpful

I consider myself to be quite fit and so even a few days ago I was humping heavy boxes up the cellar steps and thinking the exertion was probably good for me. After watching the videos I realise how foolish I have been. I could have asked my husband for help or more sensibly reduced the weight of the load and made a few quick trips with lighter loads. Thanks to the course I will try to take much more care of my back.

The tutor was direct and to the point

The course was clear and concise no fringes so it kept me interested and focussed. Explaining health issues that can relate to not practising the golden rules. Enjoyable.

Some parts were more confusing than the others I've attended, but still relatively easy to understand and complete.

Helpful and a good reminder.

Easy to follow through the slides and the summaries at the end of each were good. It is good to do this on a regular basis as a reminder of what to do/not to do.

A useful reminder.

Covers in detail all of the areas required to lift loads safely. At times it is a bit laboured and slightly patronising.
