Nice & Easy to follow
The slides where not to long, so lots of data over less time which make these assessments better and keeps you more focused
Excellent and concise training
Makes you think about things that you may not consider when working from home, especially the section about loneliness, isolation, and work life balance.

This is very useful and informative.
The course is very informative, it covers lots of useful information in a clear structured way.
Useful content applicable to homeworking
– I liked the fact that the content non-judgmentally acknowledged that people can walk bare feet or do laundry whilst working from home – I didn't like the fact that I could not speed up the videos, they seemed slow and dragging for me (pace of speech) – I liked that isolation was mentioned and it was suggested to connect essentially with anyone if in need – I feel mental health could have been explored a bit deeper with signs of depression, anxiety such as inability to sleep and obsessive thoughts about work, inability to switch off, perfectionism and taking longer to complete tasks, body image issues triggered by camera contact etc. – nice, that there was a 'mandate' to move however, I don't think it is justified and normalised enough – such as with a line 'normally in the office you would move around to see and talk to your colleague, have a coffee, go to fill up your water bottle, go to the toilet, go get some fresh air, lunch
Incredibly dull and far too long
