Too long

Unfortunately I lost interest half way through. It just too long and felt solely like a tick box exercise rather than actually being there to inform and help employees.

Test question is subjective

I am not picking telephone as the best option of staying in touch with colleagues as I don't have one! I find email or software such as teams / messenger / zoom much better. Now I scored 90% not 100%.

A good recap on several important points for me to reflect on, along with learning some other relevant safety points and information to consider.

Good course

Good course, felt some parts were a little patronising for example, how to dial 999 in an emergency

Timely reminder for those currently WFH

The course content was mostly common sense but it is always worthwhile formally highlighting the subject matter

Easy to follow, full of useful information and finished with a greater understanding of all requirements

Makes you aware of issues you would not normally consider.

Waste of time

Spent too long covering common sense safety you should have learnt at primary school e.g. don't text while you are walking down the stairs. The fire extinguisher section covered the types of extinguisher you should not use in an enclosed space but did not recommend a better kind.
