This course was a good refresher of how powerful language is, and how we can use language to empower, support and include everyone, no matter what background we come from. Using Sophie Cook in the training was brilliant; she is an inspiration and I was very moved by her TedX talk.

Already very into diversity and inclusion had some issues with the test crashing wouldn’t allow me to select the answers I wanted straight away it accepted what ever was clicked on even when it may not of been the answer I’d of liked to have submitted
