Worth taking doing this Training as a data processer within the Organisation as it refreshed my memory, but it was an awfully long course and, at times, too much to take in and remember. It would be good to have access to all of the Policies mentioned – it was not obvious as to how to download all of them. In the absence of Controlled Documents on the SHEQ system, perhaps all of the policies, procedures, TBTs mentioned could be issued by e-mail to those who have taken the Course(?)

A good basic understanding of what is a minefield of information. The videos were clear and timings were given, which was very useful.

The course was sufficient as a base line information training session to remind individuals of their responsibilities

This is a dry subject but important. the course was easy to follow and I liked some of the analogies used, like caring for a dog to enhance understanding.

I found the course to be informative, clear and concise .It was easy to understand and follow ,especially with the flow charts and diagrams .The trainer spoke well and provided good examples of positive employee behaviour.

Its very helpful, a lot information there and very clear for people who just started school journey

Helped me understand Data Protection more and what it means.
