Very interesting.
This module was the most interesting. Made me laugh, as we all know the type…overworked and underpaid, with the self entitlement that they are due something more.

Always useful to be reminded of my responsibilities as an employee in preventing fraud, and what constitutes 'fraudulent activity.' The presenter is engaging throughout.

Need a refresher version – not repeat
This was a good course last time – although overlaps with a lot of other courses. For a refresher you just need a short summary – or better still, allow us to take the test. If all the questions are correct, don't force us to complete the whole course again.
