Excellent explanation and presentation
Excellent course.
Dialogue understanding
Very good course but got a little difficulty to understand one dialogue due to the strong accent in it. I would say that this would not be an issue for amn English native speaker.

Again another great course, I really enjoyed completing this one. I marked this course 5stars, but again I would give it 10 out of 10. The course presented us with more knowledge on the subject. Very informative, easy to follow and understand
Irrelevant
I don’t agree with having to have 100% right it should be 90 % it can become very frustrating when you get one wrong to then have to re take the test I find the courses very repetitive . I always don’t find all the training relevant to my job role
