Easy to follow and to the point
This course was easy to follow, concise but informative. The multiple choice selection at the end was straight forward if you had followed all of the video course content. The "quick questions" interspersed throughout the course were a good idea as they helped aid with knowledge retention. My only suggestion would be to incorporate more of these interactive elements going forward!
Thorough and helpful
I took this course in prep for a volunteering day out at the Felix Project. I found the course contents to be comprehensive and helpful in readiness for food handling, covering hazards, contaminations paths, hygiene practices, food handling etc.
