A bit too long
Appreciate you need to get through a lot, but a more concise version might keep people engaged longer.
Informative and promoting good practice.
A good course in that it asked questions as the course progressed in the same format as the final exam about under pinning knowledge. This knowledge was built on, in the more complex areas such as the 4 main contaminates and cross contamination. It also demonstrated a "build on knowledge and understanding" and laying the foundations for the Level 2 Qualification, which I did some time ago.
Very informative and well presented

Informative , interesting and effective
I thought the course was balanced, in that it was not too long but covered the essential topics in an easy to understand visual and effective way. However I’m not sure of the point of the two ‘did you spot the errors’ in video clip. I had, and whilst I ticked that box РI didn’t notice if I was correct (until the following slide) Рwould it have made a difference if I had ticked the box stating that I hadn’t spotted the mistake?
Excellent
The video’s were excellent and were a good learning aid.
easy to complete
Have already done this course so found it easy

Very detailed course
One criticism was that they term foodborne appeared in a test question, but this term did not appear in the presentation.
