Interesting, helpful
The course was interesting and helpful in understanding the importance and rules of food hygiene and safety. Regarding the large amount of additional reading material, I would find it helpful if all the documents could be easily accessed or referenced in one place. This way, I could save them conveniently on my computer and access them easily whenever I need to review or double-check any information related to food hygiene.
Highly recommend.
