Video excellent, test glitchy
Hi all the videos were excellent refreshers & I relearnt several things. However the test questions displaying the signs did not display any image so I had to guess & got the questions wrong. This also happened to one of my colleagues. We both still passed though! Thanks
Attention to detail
My name was spelt wrongly. Also it must be emphasised more clearly of muster points.

A very comprehensive module, a good revision on H&S and FRA procedures alongside those appointed to this role. Food for thought in how this role/responsibility can be applied to our work environment.

It was really informative and knowledgeable course. I would recommend that every person working in Security sector should undertake this course. I have rated this course 4/5 only because it does involve the use of Fire extinguishers and for those, it should have practical training.
