A thorough training course

A thorough training course provided in an easy to understand format. It was good that you were unable to skip videoes, ensuring that the topics were delivered in full.

Well structured and easy to follow

Found the content excellent and easy to understand and follow although i had to write a few notes due to constant interruptions work related. Because of this it was helpful that i was able to dip in and out without being timed out

Very well presented and easy to follow.

Really concise and relevant

Easy to complete on my laptop with earphones but others in the office can't use earphones on the normal computers so have difficulty in completing this – text option would help.

Good, flowing session

online learning is not my preferred method to learn but this course moved along at a reasonable speed and the graphics/ films maintained my interest.

quick and easy to follow

clear details, useful downloads. outline roles and responsibilities.

Easy to follow, clearly communicated

Everything clear apart from types of extinguishers and use as there is so much information to absorb. Can't see how you could make it simpler!!

Great course

Really helpful and concise course with relevence to everything entailed in fire prevention and keeping everyone safe if there is an actual fire.

Wll thought out, well presented

Good presentation, clear in all fields presented, no rush to absorb the information can replay the sections as required, well thought out and a credit too you.

Practical required

As far as training course go, it was interesting and clear. However, the truth is if a fire happens today I would not be confident pulling information from my mind having just listened to and read this fire warden training. If you really want us to be fully competent fire wardens we require more than an E-Learning theory based course. Despite passing the course I know if I was presented with a fire I would not be confident in which extinguisher to use nor would I be able to recall to mind which is a class A, B, C D, E or F fire.
