Simple and easy to understand
But i felt too many clicks, stops in the learning to click through.

The videos , the clarity of the speaking and we can repeat is good , only I get nervous that I can do the test ones.

Visitor Centres
In this course, it doesn’t include visitor centres. You show evaluation from an office but not from kitchen and shop with customers.
Clear and comprehensive course
I appreciated the opportunity to refresh my fire warden training; the last time I did it was on-site, but the detail online was just as good, with links to relevant information. I also paused at times to find the University's fire action plan, which was also a good reminder.
