Clear and easy to follow
The training programme is clear. The presenter and videos are easy to follow. Not being able to skip items is a great feature.

Picked up new knowledge about the types of fire extinguishers depending on the fire to be tackled which was very useful.

Well simplified course, simple to understand, written summary at the end make it more understandable.
Really easy to follow and understand.
Ive done several of these in the past but this was by far the easiest to follow.
