Good refresher, reminded me
Good refresher, reminded me of a few points that remain especially important at this time with working from home to a much larger extent. Very useful course in this regard. Very disappointed to get one wrong, but sure I will get this one next time.

Very good course
Very informative and gives an understanding of good behavior, posture and using equipment in the work place and at home.

It made one think about how much we adopt bad practice sitting at our screens for way too long. Good practical advice.
Very clear and informative
I've adjusted my equipment height and position plus my seat height to hopefully alleviate my neck and wrist paint. I realise it is necessary to take regular short breaks to stretch and look away. Perhaps I will feel less drained after my day's work.
Excellent training course
Covers all areas of DSE use and how to stay safe when using this type of equipment.

I begun paying attention to how I use DSE after taking this training. I loved watching it though very long !
